Herbert Counts Paving has been serving Central Florida for 45 years. Originally, Herbert Counts Driveway Paving Co., was founded by Herbert Walter Counts I in 1966. The company’s repertoire of services included site work and paving, the majority of which was for the residential industry. Herbert owned and operated the business himself and eventually with his sons for 31 years, until 1997. At that time his son Lance Counts purchased the business from his father. Lance incorporated the business and the name was changed to Herbert Counts Paving Inc. Since being incorporated the business has continued to expand to include multidisciplinary construction projects for residential, municipal, and commercial industries.
